Wow ! I am in awe of your skills and strategies. Now I know why I disliked just about every day as a department head in my school. Of course there was no training or mentorship involved. Like being tossed into the deep end and expected to suddenly swim. If I knew what I know now, I would have been on the phone to Anne the second after I got my promotion.
